A Little About Myself…
Here comes the tough part, talking about myself. As a former athlete I find this tough to do. Although I am the face and brains behind every transaction, I have an outstanding staff behind me who share the same vision and goals I do, which are vital to any mortgage transaction. They are what separate my organization from the competition.
My business has been built on a foundation of trust. Gaining trust is the single most important thing I do. I earn it with each transaction. My ability to earn your trust will create a long term business relationship and for some clients, a lifelong friendship.
I am a type 1 diabetic who was diagnosed at age 18. I mention this for several reasons. It taught me to be my absolute best today because you don’t know what tomorrow will bring. It also forced me to deal with adversity and pain. These can be overcome by working hard, a good attitude, and constantly learning what will make it better.
I have been a loan officer in the greater Sacramento area for 12 years. I can still remember my first mortgage job interview. I was asked what I know about mortgages. I answered that I didn’t know anything yet, but wanted to learn. I like people. I like talking to people. I like helping people. I have provided a wide variety of loan options to a wide variety of people in a wide variety of situations. It has been a wild ride!
What to Expect from Me
You can expect a very enthusiastic, energetic, and happy person who is passionate about getting you the right loan. I always give my best to every client. Every day is a new day and every day is a great day! I’m responsibility for determining the best financing option available to you. I will deliver that financing with world class service and expertise. Furthermore I will make the process stress-free. I’m quite sure we will have a little fun and some laughs along the way.
What I do in my Spare Time
I am a very proud husband and step father to the 2 most beautiful ladies in the world. Family is important to me. Between house and school projects, scheduled family TV time, and a lot of golf when I can get out with family, friends, or clients, I stay very busy. I love sports in general and try to stay active. Gaining weight and getting older isn’t a good combination, especially for diabetics. Keeping active keeps those pounds off.
I look forward to hearing from you. Let me know how I can help.
